To plan strategies and improvements by attending the results of satisfaction from the customers.
To comply with the shipments terms by pact of at least a 90 %.
To implement the quality control and follow-up of the production process.
To improve the productive infrastructure of the industrial plants at “Collpani” and “Senkata” on the Highland (“Alto”) of La Paz.
To evaluate and to qualify the purveyors of the prime material
To plan and to improve the Certifying “SGC”-System during the period of 2009.
To comply with the capacity program of the personnel by at least an 80 %.
To evaluate the development of the personnel and to plan strategies of the measurement results.
To maintain and to assure continuity by the “SGC”-System.
